ONE Year Anniversary!

Creative Critterz is thrilled to announce its one year anniversary of hosting crafting retreats at Priceless Memories Retreat Center this August! It has been an incredible journey filled with creativity, camaraderie, and unforgettable memories.

What has Creative Critterz accomplished in one year?

Over the past year, I have welcomed numerous talented ladies to my crafting retreats. From cooking many meals to creating tons of die-cuts & page-kits. Every moment has been dedicated to providing a top-notch crafting experience for my guests. Our ‘Crafty Conversations’ at the dinner table have become one of my favorite retreat activities! I learn so much from everyone and love that we share that knowledge with each other. I love our ‘Tech Talks’ too. Being ‘techie’ does not come naturally to me and I still rely heavily on my kids and You Tube to show me how to do things. So, I love sharing what I learn in our ‘Tech Talks’ during lunch..

How has the business grown?

With each retreat, Creative Critterz has expanded its reach and reputation in the crafting community. The positive feedback and support from attendees have been instrumental in the growth of my small business. There are a few new ‘make-n-take’ stations at the retreats, like my ‘Bead Bar’ where guests can make fun keychains, pens, pokey tools and more. I’ve also added DTF Fabric Transfers to my on-site retreat store and I provide a heat press station for everyone to use. Everyone brings their own t-shirt (or they can purchase one)and they get a complimentary ‘retreat themed’ transfer to press on it. There are also many cute transfers available for purchase in the store or on my website! There is also a fun ‘Tumbler Bar’ now where you can purchase a tumbler or bring your own and customize it using the variety of UVDTF decals available in the retreat store or on my website. I’m excited about these fun activities and can’t wait to add more!'

What can attendees expect in the upcoming year?

As Creative Critterz enters its second year, attendees can look forward to even more exciting crafting retreats. From new crafting techniques to special guest instructors (HINT: See my photo below! More to come), there will be plenty of opportunities to learn, create, and connect with fellow crafters. The commitment to providing a welcoming and inspiring environment remains at the core of Creative Critterz.
